However, it’s said that how you begin your January 1 sets the tone for the rest of the year. If you want the upcoming year will be different than before, open up to a blank page and create a list of New Year’s resolutions that are simple and attainable keeping in mind that change doesn’t have to come all at once. To help you get started, I brought a list of the best New Year’s resolution ideas on TikTok. You’ll be able to start 2022 with a healthier body and mind following their advice.

Listen to your body and honor your hunger & cravings.

Stop making resolutions for stuff that you hate doing.
